Danvers, MA – Chris Everest & Kevin Olson of Nordlund Associates, Inc. and Kristen Karshis of Keller Williams negotiated the sale of 100 Conifer Hill Drive, Danvers MA, a 9,192 SF Office Building, situated in the Conifer Hill Executive Park. The Building sold for $1,120,000. Nordlund represented the seller, Prova Inc. in the transaction.
The building will undergo updates and renovations for first class executive offices and will offer 1,150 to 6,000 SF for lease.
