Tactical Software, LLC Relocation of Corporate HQ:
Met with executive members
of firm to determine the company’s growth, mapped location of present
employees and geography of interest for new facility. Based on projected
body count, company image, desired amenities and budget, highway access and
timing
Nordlund Associates, Inc negotiated and secured space on behalf of Tactical
Software, LLC in the newly renovated Jefferson Mill located in Manchester,
NH.
Instrumentation Laboratory Renewal of Lease:
Was retained to assist in the
renegotiation and consolidation of space for their Lexington, MA facility.
The company had in excess of 200,000 SF of lab, office and industrial space
located in three buildings under lease. After thorough review of employee
base and future programs it was determined to drop one property and consolidate
operations into the remaining two. Negotiations with both landlords ran
concurrently and at completion we successfully secured lease extensions
for new ten-year
terms.
Simplex Time Recorder National Brokerage:
As national broker, We managed
lease renewals, relocations, and tracked capital disbursement through a
lease management
program. We worked closely with the corporate real estate department and
design team. Managed real estate brokers in each state to oversee transactions
and
maintained close contact with each Branch Manager to insure smooth transition.
During our tenure as lead broker we supervised negotiations on over 100 lease
transactions for facilities located throughout continental U.S.
Tyco International:
Renewed two leases for R&D plant & relocated
the corporate HQ of the plastics division. Transactions totaled 82,000
SF
Lesley University:
Secured administrative expansion space in a non-traditional
building and negotiated the acquisition of a property on their Schools
behalf. Transactions totaled 42,000 SF.
Paine Webber:
Renewal & relocation of two branch offices in Massachusetts.
Transactions totaled approximately 40,000 SF.
Amberwave Systems:
Identified & secured new corporate headquarters and
R&D lab for IT/semi-conductor firm. Facility included 3,000 SF
class-10 clean room. Transaction totaled 30,000 SF.
